Oklahoma Disaster Restoration & Cleaning Specialists, Inc. is a family owned and operated business since 1985 and incorporated under the original name of Oklahoma Chemical & Dye in 1991. In 1995, the company re-incorporated under the current name to better reflect its specialization in restoration & cleaning.

Oklahoma Disaster Restoration and Cleaning Specialists, Inc. is one of the fastest growing insurance restoration services in Oklahoma today. The company is made up of owners, managerial staff, and employees with years of experience in estimation and repair of content and property insurance claims.

President ~ Jay Stokes
Jay received his BBA in Accounting from the University of Oklahoma and a J.D. from the University of Tulsa. He is certified by the IICRC as a Master Cleaning and Master Restoration Technician: Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration, Water Damage Restoration, Carpet Cleaning, Carpet Repair & Reins\tallation, Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning, Odor Removal. He has also received special training in areas of disaster restoration, advanced drying techniques, mold damage remediation, and oriental rug cleaning.

 

Financial Manager ~ Tammy Stokes
Tammy has a BS in Accounting from Oral Roberts University and holds a CPA designation. She does the billing for most insurance-related jobs. She is certified by the IICRC in Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration, Water Damage Restoration, and Carpet Cleaning.

 

Founder & Chief Cleaning Technician ~
Bill Stokes
Bill is certified by the IICRC in Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration, Water Damage Restoration, Carpet Cleaning, and Carpet Repair & Reinstallation. Bill has also received special training in disaster restoration, upholstery cleaning, & oriental rug cleaning. He also has 30 years experience working with carpet and fabric and takes great pride in doing quality work.

 

Manager & Claims Estimator ~ Fire Restoration Division ~ Jennifer Cooper
Jennifer Cooper is a manager and claims estimator for the fire restoration division. She is certified by the IICRC in Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration, Odor Control, and Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning. She has received her designation as Journeyman. She has also received special training in contents restoration and contents processing. Jennifer has her Associates degree from Eastern Oklahoma State College.
Water & Restoration Division ~ Jeff Cooper
Jeff Cooper is a manager and claims estimator for the water restoration division. He is certified by the IICRC in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Carpet Cleaning, and Applied Microbial Remediation Technician.
