Oklahoma Disaster Restoration & Tulsa Carpet Cleaning Specialists, Inc. is a family owned and operated business since 1988. The company was incorporated in 1991 under the original name of Oklahoma Chemical & Dye. In 1995, the company re-incorporated under the new name to better reflect its specialization in restoration & cleaning.

We are members of the Better Business Bureau and the Tulsa Home Builders Association. Our company has been in business for over 20 years in the Tulsa area. We have been in business that long because we provide quality work, dependable service and security.

Bill Stokes, Founder

Bill founded the company in 1988 and brings over 40 years experience working with carpets and fabric. He graduated from East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma with a BS in Business Administration.  His philosophy has proven to be the foundation of the growth and success of the company:  Provide quality service with a sincere commitment and care for the client.  Bill is certified by the IICRC in Fire & Smoke Restoration, Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning, Carpet Repair and Reinstallation, Carpet Cleaning, Water Damage Restoration, and is designated as a Journeyman Water Restorer.

 
 
Jay Stokes, President

Jay Stokes has a BBA in Accounting from the University of Oklahoma and a J.D. from the University of Tulsa. He is certified by the IICRC as a Master Cleaning and Master Restoration Technician after acquiring certifications in Fire& Smoke Damage Restoration, Water Damage Restoration,
Applied Structural Drying, Carpet Cleaning, Carpet Repair& Reinstallation, Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning, Odor Removal, and Health & Safety. He has also received special training in areas of disaster restoration, advanced drying techniques, mold damage remediation, biohazard remediation, and Oriental rug cleaning.

  
 
Tammy Stokes,
General Manager

Tammy Stokes has a BS in Accounting from Oral Roberts University and has obtained her CPA.  She oversees all company accounting practices, prepares budgets, financial reports, tax and audit functions. Tammy directs financial strategy, planning and forecasts.  Tammy is the business manager overseeing the administration, marketing, and human resource functions of the company.  She is certified by the IICRC in Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration, Odor Control, Water Damage Restoration, Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning, and Carpet Cleaning, and is designated as a Journeyman Fire & Smoke Restorer and Journeyman Textile Cleaner.

  
 
Jeff Cooper,
Operations Manager

Jeff Cooper is the operations manager, overseeing all active projects and technicians within our company.  He is certified by the IICRC (link) in Health& Safety, Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Applied Microbial Remediation, Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration, Carpet Cleaning, Carpet Repair & Reinstallation, Journeyman Water Restorer, and Master Water Restorer.  Jeff is certified through the EPA for lead renovation.  He is also trained and certified for Mold Remediation and subrogation for Restoration Contractors.

 
 
Chuck Carnagey,
Project Manager

Chuck Carnagey is the estimator for all incoming projects into our company.  He is
certified by the IICRC (link) in Applied Microbial Remediation, Carpet Cleaning,
Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning, Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying,  and Fire & Smoke Restoration.  He is also trained and certified in Subrogation for Restoration Contractors, Bio Cleaning, and Restoration Estimating.  Chuck also is certified as an EPA Lead Renovator.

Sales & Marketing Manager

Stephanie Heckenkemper is the Sales & Marketing Manager  for ODR leading Sales, marketing, advertising and client analytics.  She holds a Master of Science in Business and a Bachelor of Science in Human Environmental Sciences from Oklahoma State University.  

 
 
Sarah Spleth,
Marketing Rep

Sarah Spleth is the route marketing representative.  She holds a BA from Oklahoma State University.  She is certified by the IICRC in Fire & Smoke Restoration and Water Damage restoration. She has also received specialized Contents Restoration training through Fireline Systems and Total Contentz.
