Fire Restoration: Structure & Contents - This six hour course outlines the causes of fire, components of fire, characteristics and behaviors of smoke and soot, taking in calls from clients with fire and smoke, assessments, cleaning strategies, and contents.
Water Damage Mitigation – This three hour course educates on basics of water damage, difference in classes of water loss, taking in calls from clients, importance of timely response, psychrometry – the science of drying, job of first responders, assessments, and tools and equipment used.
High Speed Drying – This three hours class teaches the method of top-down drying, when it is appropriate, when it is not, how it works, and the equipment and procedures used. Pre-requisite: Water Damage Mitigation.
